World's mental health day 2021

I am a Mental Health First Aider and Advocate, and also have my creative photography project called The Mental Health Photographer. I do try to visually express my own and my surrounding's mental health issues and mental ill health (where this applies). Mental ill health and issues are silent killers, and the more awareness we raise, the more we stand up for the cause, the more lives we can safe. I believe in this. So under The Mental Health Photographer project, I also provide information from valid sources about the different subjects I bring up. This image is about my struggles, and specifically created for #helloyellow or Yellow Clothes day here, in the UK, to show my support for younger people who are struggling with their mental health issues.
