A worker disinfects a Transmilenio bus, Bogotá's mass transportation system. To prevent the spread of the coronavirus, since March (2020) -when the first case of coronavirus was registered in the country- the cleaning tasks of the fleet were intensified. Hundreds of men and women worked in day and night shifts of approximately six hours to disinfect the buses, since, before the pandemic arrived in the country, this transportation system mobilized more than 2.5 million people daily. #HarperCollins, seeing these buses empty for the first time was as shocking as knowing that the next morning, many low income inhabitants were probably getting the virus in the same place I was taking this picture with no risk of contagion.
