In one year and a half pandemics in Colombia, thousands of inhabitants -included this kind of vulnerable populations- have lost their incomes due to the economic closure. This was one of the firsts protests caused by the Covid-19 restrictions in the country, that nowadays scaled up into the country’s longest National Strike, which started on April the 28th, 2021, and is still going on. #HarperCollins, this pandemic exacerbated the social inequity in which Colombians have lived for decades and, besides being a sanitary emergency, it has become a social one.
