When I was at my parents' in 2019 in New Jersey, I did something I had never really done before: I often went to New York City on my own. Sometimes I took my camera, tucked away in my bag with a map of Manhattan. In May, after a conference, I was walking around when I ended up near the Flatiron building. These tulips were everywhere. I had a lot of fun catching them from certain angles, including this one.
