Wadi Qannoubine - North Governorate - Lebanon

My family took us all (me and them and a few friends of theirs') hiking and sightseeing in the Qadisha valley. It was my first time in Lebanon and this was my first full day since I had arrived. As we were leaving the monastery to begin our hike, we walked around and I saw these cats just minding their business. The one in the background is smaller than the one in the foreground. I captured this shot just in time as a few seconds later a young cousin ran at full speed from one end of this path to the other. The two cats fled.
