Young african man in dark leather blazer and tie putting a foot on tires

“Celebrating a creative scene” This series was shot at Jamestown in Accra, Ghana. Located directly east of the Korle Lagoon, Jamestown is the oldest district of Accra, Ghana and emerged as a community around the 17th century British James Fort on the Gulf of Guinea coast. This community was developed at the end of the 19th century, and following the rapid growth of the city during the 20th century, it became area of dense mixture of commercial and residential use. Today Jamestown remains a fishing community. The environment is embodied with beautiful artistic settings and beautiful art paintings on walls. Jamestown hosts the annual Chale Wote Street Art Festival, which brings people from all over the world together to experience and witness so many crafts. Creating and shooting in this community gives me much pleasure and ideas to bring out these wonderful images.
