April 2021. Dagestan. Our group of tourists gathered here for a yoga tour came to the location of the Matlas plateau. A very beautiful place, mountains, open space, lots of air. Everything was available here for meditation. Meditation and balance are the main things in this business, as well as breathing, which takes you away from feeling pain. The whole group closed their eyes and enjoyed meditation in this amazing place, free and helping silence and fresh air to be in a state of here and now
