Grayscale photo of people walking on pedestrian lane

#HarperCollins These are photos from 2020. I traveled through airports in the U.S. in May and you could just see how empty they were. I took a self-portrait protesting police brutality with my fist in the air. Then I was able to visit the body of John Lewis as he resided at the U.S. Capitol where I ran into young kids with their grandma who had signs supporting him. Then I walked to the Black Lives Matter Plaza to take a photo of the street sign. Then I walked to the Lincoln Memorial where I saw people holding signs supporting BLM. I was fortunate enough to visit Seattle and go to the zone where the police station had been taking over by protestors. This is where I saw a man dressed as Darth Vader with the words I can't breathe on his mask while he was holding a book by James Baldwin. While I was there I took my black lives matter mask off and placed it on the ground and took a photo of it. It was a year of protest for me and that is the best way for me to remember 2020.
