Cars on road during night time

Lockdown 2.0 This is. gas station close to where i live here in Nicosia, North Cyprus We recently recorded a new spike in cases and a new lockdown has been imposed by the government hence the emptiness in the streets. This is the connecting highway to my neighborhood; on a normal day its always very busy and packed with cars but very empty now with barely any cars on the road.
