I'm currently based out of Berlin, Germany, has been a passionate freelance landscape and travel photographer since 2011. My interest in distant countries developed during my studies when I lived in Tokyo for 6 months. Since then I has been fascinated by the hustle and bustle of megacities. Whether New York, Shanghai or Paris – Jan Becke is lucky to be able to travel to the most beautiful places in the world. In addition to impressive city photographs, landscape photography is also one of my focal points. My photographic everyday life includes natural spectacles such as the Japanese cherry blossom, exotic beaches in the South Seas and adventurous mountain landscapes. Being an experienced traveler enables Jan to work flexible and regardless of location which often led me to amazing travel destinations.
