We have seen the videos of Turkish ice-cream sellers toying with their customers with masterful maneuvers of the cones. This person here was no different. A huge crowd has amassed in front of the shop, observing how he joked around with children and teenagers. Once he had a moment to himself, I asked him if I could take a photo of him. With a smile, he agreed. He stuck his long spoon into a tub, and soon, pulled out the scoop you see in the photo here. He looked so proud of his work that I felt compelled to use this photo.
