In 2021, during the second year of the pandemic, I realized that I needed to keep myself occupied and actively creative for my own good. So, I found that each day is the celebration of the world’s weird, funny, wonderful, unknown, and bizarre national days. Using my creativity and inspiration I portrayed these unique celebrations from my own point of view. National Pumpkin Day celebrates these noble squash’s, and the history and tradition tied up in their iconic orangeness. Often when people think of Halloween, they think of Jack-o-Lanterns and pumpkins, usually used to decorate homes and also to celebrate the arrival of the autumn.
