Freshly cooked Bibingka. Traditional Filipino food made of ground glutenous rice sprinkled with coconut shavings, sugar and butter in banana leaves and cooked by placing it in between pots with coal. A favorite dessert or snack item among Filipinos and is abundant during the Christmas season.
