#HarperCollins These photos are from the History of Heart installation through the Minnesota Historical Society. This particular one was outside of the Mill City Museum in Minneapolis. There was a huge chain linked fence and anyone was able to write a message on the heart and hang it on the fence. This was almost 2 months after the riots on Lake Street. The project was in response to the pandemic of Covid19 and after George Floyd's death. It was a way for Minnesotan's to find comfort, connect and support one another. Reading through them all could really make you laugh, cry, think and honestly just reflect on what was happening at this time in our lives.
